What is a Twerkout?
This week I had a request from a publisher to write an article about a unit twerking session. Apparently an online article on another website reported that Michelle Obama has twerking deemed approved "very good education." The article was wrong, but still sent thousands of readers, for a training session twerking Google search. The publisher wanted it.
After a long moment break, I decided to write the article and develop Twerkout. Why. Each physical activity can help you lose weight here. Literally everything works as long as you ride long enough space, and you do burn the exercise with enough intensity fat and calories. So why not twerking?
How Twerkout
I do not recommend that you play the video of the VMA and emulate very questionable antics of Miley Cyrus. However, I have recommended to put some music, fun and dancing. Remember Beyonce "Check Up" music video in 2006? Not only is twerking in the video, but the choreography is an excellent example of a bit of fun, cardio dance that will increase your heart rate and your body in shape. If you "... Dip, Pop, Twerk, stop .." 20 minutes or more, you have a fun, fat burning aerobic exercise.
F UN training are more effective
Dancing to lose weight is not new, but it is effective. Yesterday I had the opportunity to 2014 Sloane Stephens Just Dance tennis superstar in the preview. He said with the new Ubisoft game with friends when they want to do something physical and fun. The game follows the calories and points, while athletes follow the dance steps on the TV screen. If twerking? No burn, but calories and have fun? Absolutely not.
Are more likely to be an exercise routine that's fun to stay. The more you stick to the routine, the more likely you will see results. If you dance, then Twerk to your heart's content. You work the muscles in the hips and thighs, and when the abdominal muscles engage correctly, tighten the muscles that help you get a flat stomach.
