Do this exercise easily at home in Celebrity ...

Next training with a thrust Celebrity Home Squat Press. This exercise will increase your heart rate and help build strength in the upper and lower body. It also helps make your legs, hips, thighs and shoulders.

Push press Squat: You want to use 5-10 pounds of weight for this exercise, if possible. Start in a squat position with your buttocks behind the knees and back straight. Try to keep your weight on your heels. The next slide shows how to perform this exercise.
