When you start a new exercise program and your goal is to lose weight, you probably have lots of tips on how to get the job. But many of the recommendations that you hear are exercises that you should know. But what about the training, in order to avoid, if you lose weight? I think there are some that people have to jump.
High-Intensity Training - Not for everyone
My regular readers know, I am a big fan of interval training with high intensity for weight loss. Workouts like Tabata training is not only fast and efficient but help to burn more calories throughout the day with COPD. Therefore, the recommendation I am can seem to do a little contradictory. But for some people who are trying to lose weight, training hard core is a poor choice.
If you retrain, if you have not worked for a long time, if you are overweight or do you greet an injury, so, too much is a big mistake soon. In fact, this is one of the driving error is usually cited by experts. Not only are you putting yourself at risk of injury and burnout, but you the opportunity to perform some of the most important benefits of exercise, such as energy and master new skills restarted refuses.
Learn before you invest
In recent months, I've seen people sign up for marathons, starting CrossFit training or join the training camp programs for weight loss. Many of these people have already left. Each program has its specific advantages and disadvantages. Not enroll in a training program, just because your friend made the program.
